"Seeing with your Heart"

So often, we spend the day seeing the world from our minds. We judge, worry, analyze and on and on. Every now and then we have days that are somehow different - better. We feel compassion for others and assume the best instead the other way around. Those are the days when we are thinking with our heats more than with our minds.

Try spending a day "seeing with your heart" instead of your mind. This is a big challenge and you will forget more than you will remember, but that is okay. Try to be compassionate rather than judgmental. Try to be kind to the person you normally ignore. Try to appreciate teachers' hard work and take a minute to speak toy your parents.

As you do this exercise, be aware of how the world would treat you back.
